🔴 Geht es nach den Plänen des Berliner Senats soll das Berliner Polizei- und Ordnungsrecht noch 2025 massiv verschärft werden.
Konkret geht es um die Neufassung des Allgemeinen Sicherheits- und Ordnungsgesetzes (ASOG). Die Berliner Verfolgungsbehörden dürfen demnach bald noch härter und heimlicher, mit insgesamt mehr Befugnissen, an mehr Orten und mit dem Einsatz neuer Überwachungstechnologien vorgehen.
Setzt sich der Kontrollwahn durch, heißt das: Schutz der Privatsphäre, Bewegungsfreiheit und sichere Kommunikation goodbye.
